In February 2011, Providential Staffing and Executive Search were founded by Sharon Eaton. Ms. Eaton realized her capabilities in helping people find employment in different industries. She opened her agency and helped hundreds of candidates and clients to fill needed positions. Ms. Eaton, as CEO, has surrounded herself with individuals knowledgeable in Business Development, Executive Diret-Hire Placement, and Staffing. Her experience includes 25 years of Staffing and Executive Search experience, and her representatives have 15 years of Executive Search and Staffing in various industries.
